CO Specs is named as a finalist in the 2021 IACP Cookbook Awards!

The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) host annual awards honouring the very best in the trade, worldwide. CO Specs has been nominated to the Self-Published Cookbooks category, and was announced today as one the finalists shortlisted in our category.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony during the IACP Annual Conference on Saturday, October 23rd 2021 in the Birmingham, Alabama, USA. See the full list of finalists here.
